◎ It is suitable for automatic cutting and processing of industrial aluminum profiles,photovoltaic aluminum profiles, curtain wall aluminum profiles, greenhouse aluminum profiles and various special-shaped aluminum profiles.
◎Feed saw cutting is available with pneumatic-hydraulic conversion, hydraulic cylinder or servo motor + screw. Servo motor can precisely control the sawing width.
◎Sawing motor adopts 5.5kw, 7.5kw, 11kw industrial motor, equipped with high precision spindle box, which is safe and efficient, with high torque and good sawing effect. The main components are cast iron parts, and the skeleton shall be milled after aging, with good stability.
◎The feeding length of sawing can be adjusted. The servo motor is used for feeding with accuracy of ±0.11mm.
◎ Customized sawing width, sawing height, sawing length can be made according to customer's requirements.
