◎ This machine is suitable for wide range of application: aluminum curtain wall profiles, industrial aluminum profiles, greenhouse aluminum profiles, photovoltaic aluminum profiles, milling of various special angles, end face mortise milling. It can also be suitable for all kinds of aluminum profile end face, step surface forming processing.
◎ This machine comes with six sets (four sets) of arbitrary angle tools. Angle can be adjusted at any angle within the range of 0-180 ° . It can be combined into any size according to user's need. The tools can be equipped with saw blades and also with various thickness milling cutters according to the requirements.
◎ The machine can mill the desired tenon size on the profile end face in one feed. Six sets (four sets) of combination tools are adjustable up and down and back and forth.
◎ The feeding system of this machine is driven by variable frequency motor, with adjustable speed, even cutting feed, high machining precision and good surface quality.
