◎ Feed saw cutting is available with pneumatic-hydraulic conversion, hydraulic cylinder or servo motor + screw. Servo motor can precisely control the sawing width.
◎ Sawing motor adopts 5.5kw, 7.5kw, 11kw industrial motor, equipped with high precision spindle box, which is safe and efficient, with high torque and good sawing effect. The main components are cast iron parts, and the skeleton shall be milled after aging, with good stability.
◎ The feeding length of sawing can be adjusted. The servo motor is used for feeding with accuracy of ±0.11mm.
◎ Customized sawing width, sawing height, sawing length can be made according to customer's requirements.

One feeding stroke up to 650 mm, it can also be customized according to customer requirements for sawing width, height and length of one cut. Sawing height is in front of the table, which is easy to adjust. The sawing feed uses oil-hydraulic conversion, which is smooth and high precision. Sawing motor is 5.5kw industrial grade motor, with high sawing accuracy and high speed.
Gantry clamping is suitable for most industrial aluminum parts, and custom clamping devices can be made to fit the shape of the workpiece.
