◎This machine is developed for automatic production of all kinds of locking bars for casement windows, and it completes two processes of punching and cutting at the same time.
◎Punch shapes can be designed according to customer requirements.
◎This machine can place 1-5 sets of moulds according to the customer's demand, and through different mould combinations, it can complete the processing and production of: European standard locking bar, non-standard (national standard) locking bar, European standard locking bar with silent block, single-sided locking bar (for home decoration).
◎The automatic touching potential switch is designed in the discharge part to cut off the locking rod automatically when the locking bar touches the sensor, and the processing length of the locking bar can be adjusted from 400-1800mm.
