◎ This machine is specially designed by our company for glue injection corner, simple corner, southern style center column corner, center joints, mass production, mainly used for slotting processing under the top and bottom at the same time.

◎ One clamping can process multiple corner parts, with pneumatic clamping, pneumatic-hydraulic conversion travel feeding. The mechanical part adopts the combination design of linear guide and spindle motor, which makes the sawing progress more stable.

◎ Innovative use of 2 saw blades (milling cutters) on top and bottom for simultaneous processing.

◎ Milling grooves on the top and bottom of the angle yard pieces at the same time with one trip. The milling width can be customized according to the customer's needs with the corresponding thickness of the saw blade or milling cutter. The slotting thickness can be customized from 2.0mm-10mm.
