 This model is designed for the automatic production and processing of extremely narrow corners for extremely narrow doors and minimalist doors.

Extremely narrow corner generally has 2-9 screws on one side. The arrangement of the screws on one side of the extremely narrow corner is irregular..

The drilling spindle motor is driven by servo motor to move up and down to precisely control the drilling position. Also use servo motor to drive the tapping power head assembly up and down to complete accurate tapping. This machine is an 8-axis CNC automatic machine.

This machine has N+ types of built-in programming: it can produce many types of extremely narrow corners. Currently the built-in program can produce: 2 holes-18 holes corner, simple corner, expansion corner, achieving 3 purposes for 1 machine.

The machine can store 30 sets of corner data, and it is convenient to produce when the machine is called up. Its excellent no-tailing technology will not waste aluminum profiles, helping customers to achieve: automation, standardization, batching and simple production.
